 Artistic Director. Edison Center for the Performing Arts at East Los Angeles College, Fall 1998–January 2002. Planning, contracting, marketing, and implementing special theatre, music, and dance for young audiences programs, including Dance Theatre of Harlem, 2000 and 2001. Wrote the $200,000 Southern CA Edison Sponsorship grant which renamed and renovated the existing campus auditorium.

Cultural Arts Coordinator. The City of Alhambra, CA, December 1995–September 1996. Planning, contracting, marketing, and implementing all cultural arts programs, activities, or special events including Annual 4th of July celebration, Summer concert series, in-school programs, production and management of live theatre, film location coordination, 8K Harvest Festival fund-raising event, and volunteer programs.

Audience Education Coordinator. Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, August 1994–June 1995. Coordinated educational and outreach activities for Krannert Center professional artists and University resident Opera, Theatre and Dance Companies. Coordinated the marketing and management of the Krannert Center Youth Series including the preparation of all materials, selection and contracting of artists, contracting, scheduling and ticketing of Schools, coordination and editing of study guides, and the management and hosting of these events.

Project Coordinator. Princess Cruises, Los Angeles, CA, March 1993 to August 1994. Responsible for all aspects of the reconstruction of main theatre production shows on cruise ships including artistic, technical, lighting, and sound design. Assisted in the development of new shows. Auditioned and trained singers and dancers. Traveled to ships to evaluate entertainment package, orientate performers, and premiere shows.

 Assistant Cruise Director. Princess Cruises, Los Angeles, CA, April 1992–March 1993. Traveled the world hosting shows, coordinating events and activities, and acting as a direct representative of Princess Cruises for passengers on cruise ships.

Coordinator of the Student Ambassadors Program. Office of Graduate Studies, Graduate and Professional Opportunity Program, University of California, Irvine, September 1991–June 1992. An Outreach and retention program for students of color and women.

Company Manager. The Dance Touring Ensemble, University of California, Irvine, September 1990–June 1992. Coordinated the marketing, booking, and management of the ensemble under the direction of Janice G. Plastino, Ph.D.

Company Manager. Kings Entertainment Company, Cincinnati, OH, July 1989–September 1990. Reconstructed Mall shows on location.

 Admissions Counselor. Coordinator of Minority Recruitment and Video Production, Wittenberg University, Springfield, OH, July 1988–May 1990. Developed policies and literature about Minority recruitment. Produced videos about the university. Interviewed prospective students and reviewed and acted on applications. Represented the university at events and schools in various parts of the country. Worked closely with fine arts departments and students.
