First Day Assignment

Yoga and Salsa face-to-face classes must complete several Google forms throughout the semester, as well as an ongoing Journal Assignment. Please see the tabs in the menu above for the different assignments, also listed with links below:

Your First Day Assignment

• The syllabus survey is due on the first day of your course with Professor Crawford.

• This Survey is the official acknowledgment that the syllabus for your class was made available to you on the first day of class and that you have read it.

• Go to your syllabus, and please answer the following questions to prove that you have read the syllabus.

• It must be completed no later than the first week of class.
