In this video, Crawford instructs the very beginning of your Yoga Practice.

He demonstrates alignment, setup, and breathing techniques, and he discusses your Yoga space
He explains how transitions between the exercises are very important.


As you enter your Yoga space, your practice begins. Begin in Corpse Pose to bring your attention to your breathing. Focus on being here and now. Start your practice with Pre-Warm-up & Warm-up activity every time to help you develop your one-pointed consciousness and to prepare you for a safe practice session.

Note, for the best benefits of the exercise, practice several times per week.​
